As a survivor of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) who navigated intense mental health challenges and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) from my teens into early adulthood, I know firsthand what it means to feel lost in the darkest spaces. But I also know the fierce power of reclaiming your story. My lived experience isn’t just a part of my past; it is the heartbeat of my purpose.
Turning pain into a platform for healing, I have spent years working closely with children and young people, guiding them through their own recovery journeys. My absolute mission is to ensure that no young person facing these struggles loses their grip on hope. I want them to know, with absolute certainty, that healing is possible and that they are still worthy of a truly beautiful, fulfilling life.
Alongside this direct support, I’ve had the immense privilege of contributing to brilliant, impactful projects dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence. Joining the NCSR is a deeply meaningful next step for me. I am incredibly proud to bring my heart, my survival, and my professional dedication to this space, ensuring our collective voices shape a world where everyone feels heard, valued, and held in times of crisis.
